Having spent almost two decades recruiting talent for the MedTech industry, Kris leverages her deep knowledge and connections to find top talent in a variety of functional areas. She is the ultimate connector! It’s second nature to her and she knows the right questions to ask, the right path to take, the fluctuations of the market and how to uncover the hidden truths.   

Before starting ARIS Executive Search, Kris was a part of Finnesse Partners for its 12 years in the Minnesota market. Prior to that she was with Hudson Global Resources Healthcare Practice where she helped to grow revenue to over $1M and expand the business nationally. Kris has placed over 500 candidates in her career and feels she has 500 more to go!

Amy entered the MedTech industry in 2004 with Minnesota marketing agency StoneArch Creative, becoming intimately versed in the people, places and functions of the industry. A natural networker with a panache for connections, she helped found the MedTech Bridge, a joint venture with Danish companies and Minnesota's association, Medical Alley. While doing this, Amy was also recruiting for Finnesse Partners, a boutique executive search firm. Through Finnesse her passion for recruiting was ignited and her business partner Kris was found. Being an executive recruiter quells a need to help people and it allows her to stay in the industry she feels passionate about. In 2021 Amy, and her husband moved their adventurous family to Southern California to begin the exploration of another med tech hub. She is on her way to catching up with Kris's 500 placements!
